1. Tucson Water's New Area Development Unit generally has no objections to the proposed development and offers the following comments for your convenience.

2. The existing building is currently served by a 4" water service line and a 4" water meter. The adequacy of these features to serve the proposed development should be verified via Tucson Water's Water Meter Sizing Guidelines, and a water fixture unit count conducted using the 2018 International Plumbing Code that includes both water fixture units in the existing and the proposed portions of the project.
3. The existing building is also served by a 6" fire service. The adequacy of this feature should be evaluated as well. Any increase in the required fire flow will need to be hydraulically modeled.

5. Major Streets & Routes setbacks are 21ft or the height measured from the back of future curb. This can be reduced to 0ft through IID process.
