1. The proposed use, building heights, parking and setbacks appear adequate.
2. Please address pedestrian circulation from Ajo Wy to both buildings on site in phase one and two. Internal ped circulation standards must also be met per Technical Standards Manual Section 7.
3. Recommend a 2-pg Preliminary Development Plan, or a PDP with side-by-side images illustrating the two phases for clarity purposes.
