Demonstrate the new development meet this requirement (UDC, Section 6.4.5.C.2 Street Perimeter Yard – Developing Areas). 8.An ADA accessible pedestrian circulation path (minimum 4’ in width) is required to connect all areas of development and the adjacent street – include a demarcated pedestrian path from the Janitorial Supply Building to Speedway Boulevard (Technical Standards Manual, Section 7-01 Pedestrian Access). 9.A lot combination processed with Pima County will be required to combine the proposed parcels. 10.The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal.
