Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-07 - Minor Subdivision. 2. This site is in the R-2 zone. Ensure the site meets minimum lot size standards. The lot sizes add up to 20,841 square feet, while the actual lot size is 20,830 square feet, according to the Pima County Assessor 3. Setback requirements (6.3-2.A) in the R-2 are as follows: a. Interior lot setbacks: 6' or 2/3 the height. b. 20' or ½ the height of the proposed wall, from the street property line. The lot is surrounded by R-2 zoning. 4. The neighbor driveway at 5629 E 29th is a civil matter to be rectified without city of Tucson input. 5.
