(i.e. The proposed used is Food Service and is subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P 4. Activities may be conducted outdoors. Loudspeakers or music, live or recorded, shall not be permitted within 600 feet of a residentially zoned property 5. The max height in this zone is 40’ 6. The UDC requires 1 parking space per 100 sq. ft. GFA and outdoor seating areas. Provide a lot coverage calculation with the area of the seating areas on the DP. 7. 4 vehicle stacking spaces are required Food Service where there are separate points of service for ordering and pick-up. 8. Short term bicycle parking spaces are required at 1 space per 2,000 sq. ft. GFA. Minimum requirement is 2 spaces. 9. Long term bicycle parking spaces are required at 1 space per 12,000 sq. ft. GFA. Minimum requirement is 2 spaces. 10. No loading spaces are required for food service with less that 5,000 sf of GFA. 11.
