There is an existing 12" PVC water main (PN 093-1995) on the west side of Hougthon Rd, and an existing 8" PVC water main (PN 124-2015) and an existing 8" PVC water main (PN 053-2007) on the site. 2. Please note that hydraulic modeling will need to be performed to verify that these water mains have the capacity necessary to serve the proposed development. If the construction of additional public water lines is necessary, this will be done during either Tucson Water's Master Water Plan review process. 3.
