5. Preliminary site plan shows fuel tanks in existing retention detention basin. Show how capacity of basin will be retained and how stormwater contamination will be prevented.

2. A Fire Department Connection is noted on the plan. If a fire suppression sprinkler system is to be installed at this location, please contact Tucson Water, when the automatic sprinkler system demand (including hose stream allowance) is known, and request a verification that Tucson Water's existing water lines can supply the necessary amount of water.

3. Parking is calculated at 1 space per 300 sq ft GFA.
4. Campbell Avenue is a major street. The setback will be measured from the back of the future curb.
5. Bicycle Parking is required at 2 short term and 2 long term spaces per table 7.4.8-1 of the UDC
6. Ensure access standards found in section 7.8 of the UDC and sections 7-01.0.0 and 10-01.0.0 of the Technical Standards Manual are met.
