Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package. 2. Proposed use is allowed in C-3 zone, commercial land use, minor service and repair, no use specific standards, with max. bldg. height – 75’ 3. Major Streets & Routes setback is 21’ or the height of the building whichever is greater, measured from future back of curb, not existing curb. Wetmore Road’s existing right of way is 85’, future is 120’. 4. Required perimeter yard setbacks are 0’. 5.
