2. See presubmittal T20PRE0160 for comments on the proposed use and Special Exemption requirements.
3. The demolition of the current site may be completed as a part of the Development Package or separately as demolition permit
4. A fence may be permitted through a building permit. Site wall permits cost around $58 and are reviewed quickly.
5. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
