2. Parking in the P zone is permitted. A microbrewery is permitted as an accessory use to a food service based on a special exception from the zoning examiner. The following uses are permitted as follows:
a. A microbrewery as an accessory use is permitted subject to the following use specific standards: 4.9.4.M.1; 4.9.5.E.6.7, .8.
b. Food service is permitted in the C-1 with use specific standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.O.
c. Alcoholic beverage service as an accessory use to a food service use is permitted with adherence to 4.9.4.V.1, 3, & 5-9, 4.9.4.C.3 and 4.9.13.O.
d. General Merchandise Sales is permitted with 4.9.9.B.3 and 4.9.13.O use specific standards
3. Parking appears to be correct on the supplemental documentation. More information is required to determine parking for the buildings without assigned uses.
