COMMENTS:

2. Manufactured Housing and Mobile Home Park are Permitted uses in the MH-2 zone. The use is listed on the plan as Manufactured Home Park. The use is Mobile Home Park. There are no use specific standards.
3. Mobile Home Park density standards allow 15 units per acre. The proposed development is 64.01 acres and 307 lots proposed.
4. Mobile Home Park lot coverage Maximum is 75%
5. Two parking spaces per dwelling unit plus visitor parking required at a ratio of .25 space per unit per UDC 7.4.4-1
6. Minimum lot size standards, as shown, meet the dimensional standards for the MH-2 zone. Ensure all dimensional standards from UDC Table 6.3-2.A will be met.
