1) Recordation information must be noted on the cover sheet. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final approval
2) Add the following “All Drainage Infrastructure, indicated on the plans, is in accordance with the Drainage Report approved by the Planning and Development Services Department”
3) Removed duplicated note 20 on sheet 2, which is shown on note 6 on sheet 1
4) Add the following note “The City shall not be held liable for any errors and/or omissions on these plans. Items not meeting City Standards shall be repaired/replaced at no cost to the City”
5) Add the following note “The Engineer of Record shall submit to the City for review any changes to the approved plans prior to construction. Additionally, the Engineer of Record shall certify all changes meeting all applicable standards, codes, and ordinances.
6) Add the following note “Floodplain Use Permit No,______ has been issued by Planning and Development Services Department for work impacting City and FEMA Floodplains.
7) Sheets 3-4 indicate which roadway cross section is being provided, A or B shown on sheet 7.
8) Sheets 3 and 4, keynote 6, references detail E6. This should be detail E7?
9) Add T21PI00012 to plans as needed
10) Add Plan number I-2021-012 to all sheets.
