The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmittal. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments. 1. Sheet 1 thru 6: Add the plan number “I-2021-007” in the title block of each sheet. 2. Sheet 1 thru 6: Change all references to PC/COT STD. DET. to PAG STD. DTL. 3. Sheet 1: Use current DTM Engineering Plan Template https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/engineering. 4. Sheet 1: Add PIA activity number “T21PI0000” on coversheet. 5. Sheet 2: Revise General Notes to include current DTM notes, see attached. 6. Sheet 3: Indicate patching requirements for the sewer line crossing, reference PAG standards. 7. Sheet 3: Keynote 6, Indicate ramp time. 8. Sheet 3: Keynote 11, Indicate that the sawcut line will be located 1 foot into the existing.
