1. Sheet 9, Signing Note 1 and Striping Note 1 refer to old pavement marking and signing manuals. As of December 2020, the joint PC/COT Signing and Pavement Marking manuals have now been combined, so wherever referenced, we should probably refer to the new joint "PC/COT Signing & Pavement Marking Manual" (Typical). If needed, the consultant can refer to the new manual at https://webcms.pima.gov/UserFiles/Servers/Server_6/File/Government/Transportation/Roadway%20Design/FINAL-Pima-County_City-of-Tucson-Signing-and-Pavement-Marking-Manual-2020-First-Edition_linking_nocomments-12_21.pdf

2. Sheet 9, Signing Note 7: Hard to tell if the note refers to Type II sheeting or Type XI sheeting, but it should be Type XI (eleven)

3. Sheet 9, Striping Notes 6 and 7 Need to be replaced. Should be like the following (taken from another Rick Engineering plan set):

6. ALL FINAL LONGITUDINAL STRIPING SHALL BE 90 MIL (0.090”) THICK THERMOPLASTIC REFLECTORIZED STRIPING PLACED OVER THE TEMPORARY STRIPING WITHIN 14 TO 30 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF THE FINAL PAVEMENT SURFACE.OR AS DIRECTED BY THE TRAFFIC ENGINEER. ALL OTHER MARKINGS SHALL BE APPLIED AT THE SAME TIME. TEMPORARY STRIPING SHALL BE PAINT.

7. ALL FINAL TRANSVERSE MARKINGS SHALL BE 90 MIL (0.090”) THICK THERMOPLASTIC STRIPING. ALL PAVEMENT ARROWS AND LEGENDS SHALL BE 90 MIL (0.090”) THICK THERMOPLASTIC PAVEMENT MARKINGS. EXTRUDED THERMOPLASTIC OR PREFORMED APPLICATIONS MAY BE USED IF APPROVED BY THE TRAFFIC ENGINEER.

4. Sheet 9, STOP signs are not necessary at "T" intersections (Sta 10+60, Sta 21+70, Sta 35+90)
