Travelers’ Accommodation, Lodging & Civic Assembly are allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4). 1. As this is a change of use per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c a Development Package (DP) is required. This DP shall meet the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06 and all applicable development standards. AM can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/codes-plans. The DP is a separate submittal from the C of O application and shall be submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using the Submission Type “Site Review”. The DP must be reviewed and approved prior to approval of the C of O. 2. If the proposal requires any exterior work Historic Review will be required.
