7.7. Native Plant Preservation
An approved Native Plant Preservation Plan Sections 7.7.4 is required or a request for an exception from the Native Plant Preservation requirements in accordance with Sections 7.7.3.D.3 & .4 of the Unified Development Code (UDC) and Admin. Manual Section 2-11.0.0 is required prior to Grading Plan approval.

By far the simplest way to meet the above requirement is to set-aside 30% of the lot as Natural Undisturbed Open Space (NUOS). Label the set-aside area as NUOS, and provide calculations on the plan. Use an aerial that shows the placement of the MH and the driveway off San Marcos Blvd and outline the NUOS area.

1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements of a the Residential Plot Plan Requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. The following information shall be provided:
a. The plan shall be drawn at an engineering scale, i.e. 1” = 10’-0”.
b. Provide the owners name on the plan.
c. Provide a lot coverage calculation that matches the example shown on the requirements.
d. Provide the height of the exterior walls as shown on the requirements.
e. Provide perimeter yard setbacks for all property lines to the proposed mobile home.
f. Indicate the zoning of the parcel and all adjacent parcels.
