COMMENTS: The following comments are for the purpose of applying for a variance before the Board of Adjustment (UDC Section 3.10.1).

This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.9). Single-family residential is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9 & .10.


1. Based on a wall height less than 9'-2" the required front street perimeter yard setback from the proposed attached carport is 20'-0", proposed setback is 13'-0", the required Board of Adjustment for Variance or DDO needed for the above comment can be used to reduce the front street setback.

DDO must be approved prior to the approval of this permit.
