Per UDC TABLE 6.3-4.A: DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE C-1, C-2, C-3, OCR-1, & OCR-2 ZONES, HC-3 Zone, Res Use to Nonres Zone the required perimeter yard setbacks to the north, south and east property line is 0’-0”. All perimeter yard setback requirements are met. Historic review is a separate review from this building permit and is submitted at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd-filedrop, using Submission Type “Historic Review”.
