The Structural Engineer is responsible for following ALL applicable Federal, State and local Municipal Codes and Ordinances. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Roof hatch shall be located a minimum of 10' from roof edge or protected in an approved manner (MMC2018,304.11 2. Provide 2,000 cfm of outside air to basement , 2,000 cfm for outside air to 1st floor and 2,000 cfm to 2nd floor (MMC2015,403.3.1.1) 3. What type of forklifts are being used in this building electric or fuel (MMC2018,106.3.1) 4. Where FCU1-1 and 1-8 and FCU0-1 in basement share a common duct with a combined capacity of over 2,000 cfm both FCU's must be protected with a duct smoke detector (MMC2018,606.2.2) 5. Where FCU 1-5,1-6,1.4, and 1-3 and FCU 0-5 in basement share a common duct they all must be protected with a duct smoke detector (MMC2018,606.2.2) 6. Provide outside air flow for FCU's on sheet m0.1 it is missing (MMC2018,106.3.1) 7. Provide duct smoke detectors to all FCU that share a common duct fcu 1-2 and FCU 0-3. in basement and all floor's from basement to 2nd floor (MMC2015,606.2.2) 8.
