T1.0 Total occupant load is (368) Business 105 & S1 263, B occupnacy 1 per 25 for toilets & 1 per 40 for lavs. S1 is 1 per 100 for toilets & lavs.... Toilet & lav count is still doesn't meet minimum requirement. -IPC 403.1 update all affected floor plan & plumbing pages. Also fixture count formula on T1.0 is incorrect per IBC 2902.1 & IPC 403.1 4). SAME Pending comment #3, Add toilet & Lav sidewall wall to fixture center measurements to plan pg A2.1. -IPC 404.2 405.3.1 5). SAME- Add seismic straps to water heater detail on plan page P3.0. -IPC 502.4 (seismic detail that was added was for expansion tank only) 6).
