Provide Seismic Calculations for the Building per Section 1613 of International Building Code 2018. 4. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. 5. Areas used for storage are to include 25% of the live load in determining the effective seismic weight. Verify the additional load is applied to the mezzanine lateral resisting system as required in ASCE-7 Section 12.7.2. 6. The mezzanine is supporting equipment loads. Verify the total operating weight of permanent equipment is included in determining the effective seismic weight and applied to the lateral resisting system as required in ASCE-7 Section 12.7.2. 7.
