Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c a new site plan, Development Package (DP), is required to be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building permit. The DP shall meet the requirements of the checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. Zoning was not able to find an approved DP showing the shade structures. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type “Site Review”.
