1. Multiple new RTU’s are placed on existing roof. Provide structural calculations justifying the adequacy of existing roof joists to support additional loading from the new RTU’s.
2. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018.

BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS:

3. Provide hood for dishwasher (IMC2018,507.5.5)
4. The edge of the hood shall extend 6" past the the edge of the appliance below (IMC2018,507.4.1)
5.Explain what this hood is for, it is not on the mechanical plans, and you got 2 island hoods that are 8'3" each, side by side on M4.2. this hood is 15' 11" long it is different than the hoods on sheet M4.2 (IMC2018,106.3.1)

2). Due to the quantity & type of items required to connect to the grease system in this establishment a hydromechanical grease interceptor can't be used. Update plan pages P1.1 & P3.0. with a gravity type grease interceptor -Tucson Amendment IPC 1003.3
3). The K4 ice machine & rooftop condensate can't discharge to the grease system, Update P1.1 & P1.3 -IPC 1003.2
4). Add Grease interceptor sizing calculations to plan pg. P3.0 -IPC 1003.3.7
5). Sanitary & Grease riser on P2.0 doesn't illustrate any vents to open air -IPC 904.1
6). Rooftop water connections to condensing units on plan Pg. P1.1 need backflow protection. -IPC 608.3
7). Add note to plan pg. P3.0 stating any beverage equipment connected to the water system will need to comply with - IPC 608.17.1

1. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c as you are proposing a building expansion, a site plan, development package (DP), meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06 shall be submitted and approved prior to approval of this permit. Currently there is an open DP, DP21-0304, that could be revised or if a new DP is requested DP21-0304 will need to be closed.
