This site is located in the PAD-1. Medical Service, Out Patient is an allowed use in the PAD.

1. As exterior work is proposed design review by the Williams Center Owners Review is required, PAD-1 Section XI.C. Provide a copy of the approved review letter with your next submittal.

2. As demolition of existing railings, concrete patio and stairs along the north side of the building is proposed a development package may be required. The extent of the work Is not clear and accessible access from the street & accessible parking spaces must be maintained. Clarify exactly what is happening along north side of the building.
