Perimeter yard setbacks are based on a measurement from design grade to the highest point of the exterior wall UDC Article 6.4.5.B & Figure 6.4.5-A. 1. Provide height dimensions from design grade to her highest point of the wall. Based on the proposed design the highest point of the wall is where the wall meets the eave. 2. The building plan heights do not match what is shown on the DP. Based on the building plans the north/south end of the proposed building is 12’-10” high for determining perimeter yard setbacks. 3.
