The Occupant Load calculation would be 4825/50 = 97 total occupants (49 males and 48 females). Using the IBC Table 2902.1 for Assembly (Gymnasiums), water closets for males are 1 per 125, and females are 1 per 65. Lavatories for males and females are 1 per 200. These calculations would require one male and one female water closet and one male and one female lavatory. Please revise the Project Code Check. |
