1. As the first review of DP21-0344 has not been completed Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal for compliance with the DP. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved.

2. Clarify why the building plans were submitted under 902 W Irvington Rd which is an addressed not associated with this parcel and DP21-0344 was submitted under 850 W Irvington which is an address associated with this parcel. A new application with the correct addressed should be submitted with the next building plan submittal.
