COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments COMMENT: Based on a demand of 235,000 the mainline must be a 1-inch pipe. The 3/4" pipe is only good for 170,000 demand for the developed length of 31ft. On the template, there are four appliances checked but on the line diagram, there are only three appliances shown. Clarify if there are four or three appliances. The furnace is undersized, at a developed length of 31 with a demand of 100,000 a 1/2" pipe will only provide 81,000 please change to a 3/4" which will provide 170,000.
