Food Service is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O. 1. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c structure additions require a site plan (development package. The proposed shade structure over the patio and new covered utility area requires submittal and approval of a development package meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06. 2. These structures and all proposed work, i.e. plumbing, electrical, etc. shall be removed from all plans until a development package is approved. The walk-in and storage shown along the north side of the building do no show on the last approved plans a DP is required.
