The proposed shade structure over the patio and new covered utility area requires submittal and approval of a development package meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06. 2. The walk-in and storage shown along the north side of the building do no show on the last approved plans a DP is required. 3. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for the patio shown on the plan. Provide approved permit documents with the next submittal or a development package may be required. 4.
