Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0299 and although it appears the building plans match the DP in regard to building size and height until DP21-0299 is approved Zoning cannot approve the building plans. 2. The DP sheets provided in the building set either need to be the stamped approved DP set, marked for reference only or removed from the plans. 3. Sheet A110 references “DVPMT DESIGNATOR: 28 (LUC 3232)” & “FAR: 0.35*721,152=252,403 SF ALLOWED”, remove these references from the plan as they are no longer applicable. The LUC was replaced by the UDC in 2011. 4. Sheet A110 & A111 do not match DP21-0299 coordinate with Cypress Civil and ensure that the plans match or are removed from the plan set. 5. Sheet A301 shows a maximum wall height of 24’ and the DP shows 21’ clarify which is correct.
