COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted addition on the North portion of the house. After researching PRO there are records for an expired addition T04CM00768, there are outstanding inspections.
