01. COMMENT: The plans previously showed the proposed carport attached to the home, but the plans now show the carport as detached from the principal structure. Detached accessory structures are not allowed in the front yard. Show the carport as attached to the home with a minimum 5' wide connection that can support a 20 lbs. live load or apply for a Board of Adjustments Variance.


02. COMMENT: Provide the setback info on the structure on the Northwest area of the property.
