Religious Use is a permitted use in the zone, (UDC TABLE 4.8-3) subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.K. 1. This comment was not addressed. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP20-0172. The building plans show a proposed canopy along the west side of the building, that was not shown on the DP. A revision to the DP showing the proposed canopy will need to be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
