Provide Geotechnical Report for the proposed building per International Building Code 2018, Section 1803.1. 2. Submit documentation regarding implementation of Special Inspections and Testing program during construction to observe compliance with the Design Concepts and Specifications. 3. Provide schedule of special inspections as required in IBC Section 1705. 4. Provide concrete data on the drawings for footings, walls, exterior slab, interior slab, beams and columns. F’c max, Max W/C ratio, Max aggregate size, Slump, Entrained Air Percent (+/- 1.5%), Cement Type. 5. Non-load bearing walls require a deflection track or details to allow for the relative lateral deflection of the structural members. 6. The Structural Calculations submitted references ASCE7-10. Revise Calculations per ASCE7-16. 7. DEFERRED SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Structural general notes are to include any components of the building that may be considered deferred submittals. IBC Section 107.3.4.1 requires deferred submittals to be approved by the building official.. If items will be deferred the plans are to clearly note the following per IBC Section 107.3.4.1: * To be reviewed by design professional in responsible charge. * Design professional shall affix a notation that the deferred items are in general conformance with their design of the building. * They shall be submitted for review by the building official. * Shall not be installed until approved by building official. An occupant notification system is required per Section 907.2.1 and Section 907.5. 2. Provide a thorough egress plan that shows compliance with all of the applicable requirements of Chapter 10. This includes travel distances and separations of exits along with all other requirements. 3. Provide a complete schedule of special inspections along with the statement of special inspections. P-6 fixture schedule with notation. 7). The Schirer GB75 grease interceptor selected is an Hydromechanical type, per Tucson Plumbing code amendment 1003.3 this type can only be used for 4 fixtures or less. ( suggest 1 concrete gravity type, or multiple hydromechanical) 8). Condensate on plan page P-3 can't discharge to grease system, -IPC 1003.3.1 9). Plan P-6 grease interceptor sizing calculations are stating a 100 GPM unit is required for a 2 minute rating.
