Based on a wall height of 10'-8" the required perimeter yard setback is 7.04' as measured to the NORTH property line. The applicant has provided a 6'-8" setback distance. Based on the provided distance, a Design Development Option (DDO) would be necessary to reduce the perimeter yard setback. a.
