This site would be considered non-conforming for the existing use. Any expansion to the use area will cause the site to loose the non-conforming status and require a rezoning for this use to remain on site. 1. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan is required for the awning addition. A development plan (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06 shall be submitted and approved prior to approval of this plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plan and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type “Site Review”. 2.
