Coordinate the exhaust fan flow rates shown on the mechanical plan with the exhaust/make-up air requirements schedule. Provide a minimum exhaust flow rate of 50 CFM per water closet or urinal if the exhaust is continuous, 70 CFM if the exhaust is intermittent. The notes shown on P-2.0 state that the distance to the furthest fixture is 96-feet, the available pressure is 40-49 PSI, and a 2" water line is provided but the water meter appears to be over 450-feet away from the suite and the 2" water line is not shown. Reference: Sections 604.3 and 604.7, IPC 2018. 4. Verify that the lavatory faucet cycle will last for at least 10-seconds. Reference: Section 419.6, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09. 5. Provide tempered water for the public restroom lavatories using approved devices conforming to ASSE 1070. Reference: Sections 416.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2018. 6. Show how the temperature of the tempered water supply to the public lavatories is controlled. Reference: Sections 416.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2018 and Section C404.3, IECC 2018. 7. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018. 8.
