These comments are still applicable. Please remove the comments from the plan set. Based on the assessor record map the lot size is 7500 sq ft the maximum size of the ADU is 750 sq ft please revise ADU. Revise lot coverage calculation to show the correct lot size. Comments - For lots less than 6,500 square feet in size, the accessory dwelling unit is limited to 650 square feet of gross floor area . For lots equal to or greater than 6,500 square feet, the accessory dwelling unit is limited to 10% of the lot size, not to exceed 1,000 square feet of gross floor area .
