Provide Structural Calculations for the superstructure per Section 1601.1 of International Building Code 2018. The Structural Calculations for the Foundations for both buildings have been submitted and approved. 2. Provide Wind Load Calculations for the Building per Section 1609 of International Building Code 2018. 3. Provide Seismic Calculations for the Building per Section 1613 of International Building Code 2018. 4. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. 5. Provide Geotechnical Report for the proposed building per International Building Code 2018, Section 1803.1. 6. Submit documentation regarding implementation of Special Inspections and Testing program during construction to observe compliance with the Design Concepts and Specifications. 7. Provide schedule of special inspections as required in IBC Section 1705. 8. Provide concrete data on the drawings for footings, walls, exterior slab, interior slab, beams and columns. F’c max, Max W/C ratio, Max aggregate size, Slump, Entrained Air Percent (+/- 1.5%), Cement Type. 9. Provide Structural General Notes sheet. 10. Structural general notes are to include any components of the building that may be considered deferred submittals. IBC Section 107.3.4.1 requires deferred submittals to be approved by the building official. If items will be deferred the plans are to clearly note the following per IBC Section 107.3.4.1: * To be reviewed by design professional in responsible charge. * Design professional shall affix a notation that the deferred items are in general conformance with their design of the building. * They shall be submitted for review by the building official. * Shall not be installed until approved by building official. Submit a response letter addressing these correction items and provide bubbles on the revisions to the drawings. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Provide a list of special inspections required along with all associated special inspection forms. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Mechanical plans shall be submitted for review (IMC2018,106.3.1) ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied Need an interior and exterior electrical lighting Comcheck report. Need a riser diagram to show panel configuration. This is required to show new panels and then calculate short circuit fault currents to the new panels. If ALL the panels are existing, call out, so that this calculation is not required. This is a requirement by Tucson and to prove that NEW selected panels have adequate KAIC rating.
