Administrative Office is an allowed use in the C-1 zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.O and Parking is an allowed use in the P zone (UDC Table 4.8-6), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.S. 1. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c a site plan is required for existing development undergoing a change of use, building or structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) that meets the checklist for Minor Changes to a Commercial/Industrial Site must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
