COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review comments were addressed.

1. The proposed exterior parking modifications constitute a site change and a reduction in the existing parking. A Development Package (site plan) submittal is required for all changes to a commercial site. Additionally, it appears a similar parking area modification was incorrectly approved in 2018 (permit number T18CM06228). This prior modification was not constructed according to the approved plans. As such, all prior changes will need to be reviewed as part of this Development Package submittal. Please reference the Checklist for Minor Modifications to Existing Sites online: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. When ready, submit a complete Development Plan set online and select "Site Review" here: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp.
2. Once the Development Package has been reviewed and approved, the building plans may be approved by Zoning.
