COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments COMMENT: After reviewing the plot plan and aerials it has come to my attention that roof has a slope please provide the slope of the roof. If the slope of the building is greater than 2:12 then compliance to 2018 International Fire Code 1204.2.1.1. must be shown on the plans. Show a 36” wide access pathway from the eave to the ridge on both sides of the building.
