This structure must either be removed from plans and noted as removed from site or must be approved. For structures not meeting setbacks a neighbor sign-off waiver can be used to reduce a structures setback to 0’. A signature from the adjacent neighbor is required. Use this statement and include this with signatures on the site plan on the next submittal. “My Name Is ____________________ and I am the owner of the property located at _________________ I have reviewed the site plan and I have no objection to structure being located or constructed _________ feet from the property line as depicted on the site plan” 2.COMMENT: The approval of the shed can be done on the same plan set as the porch addition. The neighbor signoff will need to be provided on the site plan on the next submittal and the shed must be included in the lot coverage calculation.
