This site is located in C-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.21), Auto Repair Major use is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.E.

1. The development package (DP) submitted in the building plans either need to be the stamped approved plans, marked for reference only or removed from the building plan set.

2. The long-term bicycle parking detail 10, sheet AS.3.0 does not match what is shown on DP21-0297.

3. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0297 and although it appears that the building plans match the DP, except for the comments above, Zoning cannot approve the building plan until the DP is approved.
