Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c a Development Package (DP), commercial site plan, is required to be submitted and approved prior to approval of this permit. At a minimum the DP shall meet the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal and shall be submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type “Site Review”. 2. As this site is located within the Rio Nuevo Area (RNA) & Downtown Core RNA & Historic review will be required.
