A single family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. This comment was not addressed correctly. The property dimensions shown on the plot plan do not match what is shown on Manana Grande Plat recorded at Bk 14, Pg 70. 2. This comment was not addressed. Provide a lot coverage calculation that meets the requirement of UDC Article 6.4.3 and the example shown on the Residential Plot Plan Requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf, and provide a correct lot coverage calculation. 3. This comment was not addressed. Provide the zoning for this parcel and all adjacent parcels on the plot plan. 4. This comment was not addressed. Per UDC Article 6.6.3C the maximum height of a detached accessory structure is 12’ as measured from design grade to the mid-point of a pitched roof, see UDC Article 6.4.4.
