TRANSMITTAL: February 1, 2022
This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Marijuana Dispensary use is allowed in the zone (Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.9.E.1.

1. On Sheet 1 (A1.0) the Zoning Dispensary Area Calculation does not seem to include the western storage room 118. Storage room is not shown with hatching. Update and verify square footage. The proposed dispensary is limited to 10,000 square feet per UDC Article 4.9.9.E.1.a.
2. On Sheet 1 (A1.0) the Tenant Improvement Code Review section includes square footage for this project and conditioned space, both of which are the same from the previous plan set. Update and verify square footage. The proposed dispensary is limited to 10,000 square feet per UDC Article 4.9.9.E.1.a.
3. On Sheet 3 (A2.1) the Dimension Floor Plan includes references that are not a part of the project, specifically Manager 108 and labels 104 and 107. Remove references that are not part of this scope of work.
4. On Sheet 22 (E4.0) the Fire Alarm Plan has not been updated to include the dividing wall for this suite and the northern exit hallway. Update floor plan to match all other sheets.
