This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A multi-family is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0216 and although it appears that the buildings matches what is shown on the DP, until the DP is approved Zoning cannot approve the building plans.

2. Ensure that all site details match what has been submitted on the DP.

3. Provide a detailed breakdown that clearly shows how many of each type unit along with the floor area so that impact fees can be correctly assessed.
