If current setback of 4’10” is to be kept, a neighbor waiver signature will be required from the adjacent neighbor to the south of the alley. Use this statement and include this with signatures on the site plan on the next submittal. “My Name Is ____________________ and I am the owner of the property located at _________________ I have reviewed the site plan and I have no objection to structure being located or constructed _________ feet from the property line as depicted on the site plan” 2.COMMENT: Include lot coverage calculations for the site on the next submittal. It seems like there is a portion of the porch on the south west of the house that is not shown on the plan set.
